Yes, you read that correctly. We outdid ourselves this year with 15 of our wines medaling at the  2026 Rodeo Uncorked! International Wine Competition!

Last year Turkish wine made an impressive showing at its inaugural Rodeo Wine Competition with 11 of our wines winning medals. This year, emboldened by that success, we thought we'd enter a few more, 15 to be exact.

The result? ALL 15 of the wines we entered won medals!

This includes a repeat Double Gold Class Champion win from the next vintage (2022) of our Gurbuz Hieron Oros!

Indeed, Fine Turkish Wine is world class wine, and people in the United States are starting to notice!

Here is the full list of our award winners:

This competition is one of the largest wine competitions in the United States, with wines judged by a fantastic panel of wine experts using a double blind procedure that is audited onsite by PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Additionally, as part of the Houston Livestock Show and RodeoTM, this wine competition contributes to the organization's worthy mission: to promote agriculture by hosting an annual, family-friendly experience that educates and entertains the public, supports Texas youth, showcases Western heritage and provides year-round educational support within the community. Since its beginning in 1932, more than $600 million has been committed to the youth of Texas and education. Each year, more than 800 scholarships are awarded to Texas students by the Houston Livestock Show and RodeoTM. As one of the largest scholarship providers in the U.S., the Rodeo has presented more than 20,000 scholarships valued at $275 million since 1957.

We are honored and humbled that our selection of Fine Turkish Wine has once again contributed to this great cause.

Şerefinize! (Cheers!)

You can enjoy and purchase each of these wines at the Fine Turkish Wine Bottle Shop + Tasting Room, located in Houston's Montrose District at 1909 Dunlavy Street.
